How long does delivery take?

Your book is printed after you order it, which takes 3–5 business days, then posted. Allow 1–3 weeks in total within the US. If you need it sooner, the printable workbook is instant.

What's the difference between the book and the workbook?

Same pages. The book is spiral-bound, printed and posted to you. The workbook is a PDF formatted for US Letter that you download and print at home, in whole or a month at a time.

Can I write in it with any pen?

Uncoated paper, chosen because it takes ink from a ballpoint, gel or rollerball rather than letting it sit and smear. Very wet fountain-pen ink may ghost through, as it does in most journals.

Is this medical advice?

No. These are books for keeping your own records and your own thoughts. They contain no doses, no schedules and no treatment guidance. Follow your clinician.

Can I return it?

Because each copy is printed for you, we can't resell a returned book. If yours arrives damaged or misprinted, email hello@youfirstbooks.com with a photo and we'll reprint it. Digital workbooks aren't refundable once downloaded.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. The printable workbook works anywhere.
